I'm looking to write with a more secretive aire. One way this app (and many others) have affected my art making have been to warp my understanding of process vs production. I'd really love to birth a chapbook like yours, Kortney! If I'm to do that, I know I need to keep more of my writing a secret. I love this question- thank you for posing it!
Would your chapbook include essays? Poems? Both? For me Substack/blog/ IG is for everything that's not a poem. Also, there is certainly a chapbook inside you. I wonder when it will be born?
Certainly poems. Maybe essays, perhaps photos. I began compiling poems this past year, but I feel like a completely different person than I was when I started (motherhood?) and so have scrapped much of what I had. To this end, I wonder if I'll manage to birth this baby in the next five years, let alone one 😂 i suppose this leads me to an existential question - how does one ever complete a body of work when they're required to shift and evolve so quickly (namely as a mother to a young human)?

Chapbooks can hold those smaller pieces...my second microchap is 13 poems I think, the size of an index card. Small, contained, limited.
The publisher, tiny wren lit, is crafting beautiful small books. https://www.tinywrenlit.com/
